Phospho-enriched tissue extracts were generated using Santa Cruz Biotechology, Inc.´s PhosphoCruz™ Protein Purification System (sc-24964, this page). Extracts are provided as Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation positive controls. Western blotting lysates are provided as contains 50 μg protein in 50 μl SDS-PAGE Western blotting buffer. Recommended use is 5-20 μg per lane. Immunoprecipitation lysates are provided as 200 μg protein in 200 μl SDS-free buffer and is sufficient for 5-10 test. Extracts should be stored at -20º C and repeated freezing and thawing should be minimized. Sample vial should be boiled once prior to use.
